We want you to love your Ooni experience, which is why we offer a 60-day Great Pizza Guarantee alongside our standard return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your oven or accessories, you can return them in their original packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stones, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
